
A group of Winger Flight Paths interns gave their final presentations at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing before Mayo administration, providers, and staff in addition to school administrators, school board members, families, and others.
Their presentations focused on why they pursued this opportunity, some of their experiences, how they are feeling more prepared for their next steps, and what their plans are for after graduation.
Their placements were at the Mayo Clinic, the CARE Clinic, St. Crispin Living Community, Red Wing Fire Department, Lutheran Social Service, and the Burnside and Sunnyside Nurse's offices.
Tthe Red Wing Winger Flight Paths program helps students make a more informed choice on their next steps after graduation.
Attendees are given an overview of 8th grade Intro to Flight Paths course that exposes students to all 16 different career clusters and helps them on their course selection.
