This Valentine’s Day, Wabasha’s WideSpot Performing Arts Center becomes the northern most stop on the Mardi Gras parade route.
Saturday, February 14th at 7 pm, California based jazz trumpeter and showman, Jeff Bordes brings his New Orleans inspired revue to the Widespot. This show offers a collaboration of Bordes and Driftless Region Favorites, Sue Orfield (Tenor Sax) and Faith Ulwelling (vocals) accompanied by local drums and bass artists.
Together this group blends lush romantic ballads with the joyful spirit of Mardi Gras.
Expect a night that’s tender, funky and full of New Orleans flair bringing together blues, brass and heart.
