Wabasha Duck Hunters Rescue

The Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call at 6:07 am this morning of three duck hunters in the Mississippi River that needed help.Â
The duck hunter’s boat had capsized near the Weaver Landing.Â
The Sheriff’s Office, Wabasha Fire Department, Wabasha Ambulance, Kellogg Fire Department, Lake City Ambulance, and MN DNR responded to the call.
The duck hunters were brought to shore by other duck hunters in the area.Â
All three duck hunters, who were in the water, are believed to be in stable condition and were transported to the hospital.
