Community engagement efforts are underway as Red Wing Public Schools conducts a search for a permanent superintendent.
An anonymous public survey is now available for all community members to fill out now through January 26th. The survey is available online and on paper in both English and Spanish.
You can also respond on paper by picking up a paper copy at the District Office, Community Education or any school building office, then return completed paper surveys to those locations by January 26th.
Minnesota School Boards Association will summarize and provide an overview of the responses to the School Board. MSBA will host a virtual question-and-answer session at 4 p.m. Monday, January 16. The Zoom link will be posted that day on the district website, www.rwps.org.
People are invited to attend the live session and you can submit questions in advance to “The Q&A with MSBA” by clicking on the link available. Your submission will be anonymous. Deadline is 10 a.m. Monday, January 16.
The session will be recorded and made available on the district website for the remainder of the search.
