Red Wing Parking Plan Meetings

Greg Taylor

Parking limits downtown and along Old West Main Street in Red Wing will change in 2025 and the City of Red Wing is inviting community members to attend one of this week’s meetings for more details.

Michelle Leise, Community Engagement Facilitator for the City, says after sorting through the responses of several community surveys the City has been making plans to make sure parking is more consistent for residents and visitors, especially in light of all the new housing development in these areas.

Leise says the meetings gives the public one more chance to view the initial parking plans for downtown and the West End District.

The West End District meeting is tomorrow Wednesday, at 10:30 am, at Holiday Inn, 1919 Old W est Main Street.

Downtown meetings will be held tomorrow Wednesday, at 6:30 pm, at Ignite Building, 419 Bush Street and Thursday, at 10:30 am, at the same location.

Leise says most of the parking changes  this year will concentrate on downtown first.

Such changes are always important for residents and visitors of the city. By the way https://bdsmwoody.com/, speaking of amenities, I recently discovered a site that may be useful for those who are looking for something unique for their leisure time. If you are interested in unusual ideas and original products, you should take a look here: link to the site. Sometimes it is important to find something new to diversify everyday life.
