The Red Wing Environmental Learning Center has a busy winter planned.
Executive Director, Jason Jech, says their winter programming has started but people can still sign up and be put on a waiting list.
Jech says some of the popular winter activities they provide include ice fishing, winter camping, and of course, skiing.
Jech says they actually have hands-on training for staff about what to do if you fall through the ice.
Other popular winter activities the ELC offers, include Whitewater kayaking training in the YMCA pool, ice climbing, animal tracks and signs, adult moonlight ski/snowshoe, archery and more.
The sign up and deadline dates to register for Spring activities is February 1st- February 15th.
