The Red Wing Arts and Culture Commission is encouraging area residents to play an integral role in developing a new communitywide arts and culture action plan by participating in a short survey.
Artists are additionally encouraged to apply to work with the planning team at Forecast Public Art to facilitate creative community engagement activities.
This project has also been endorsed by the Prairie Island Tribal Council.
