Plainview Man Armed Robbery

A Plainview man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery committed on Dec. 3 in Rochester.
18-year old Aizeah Martinez, of Plainview, and 19-year old Nicklas Jordan Cheng, of Rochester, were arrested on Dec. 16th.
Rochester police say two masked men with handguns assaulted a man on Fourth Avenue Northeast and stole about $5,000 worth of property.
The Rochester police, a Rochester SWAT team, and Plainview police served search warrants at homes in Plainview and Rochester.
Investigators found a .22 pistol and clothing matching the description of stolen items during a search at Martinez’ home, according to KTTC.
Martinez faces charges of first-degree aggravated robbery, second-degree assault, prohibited from possession of firearms, and possession of stolen property.
Cheng faces charges of first-degree aggravated robbery, second-degree assault, and possession of stolen property.
