Pine Island Sharing Shelves Ribbon Cutting

Greg Taylor

The Pine Island Area Chamber of Commerce will help Pine Island Sharing Shelves celebrate it's move to North Main Street with a ceremony at 7 PM.

Consider donating to their community food drive between August 23 and 30 at Pine Island Bank or drop off donations at the Ribbon Cutting ceremony.

The Pine Island Sharing Shelves is a community supported food shelf providing nutrition to those living in the Pine Island School District and was created in 1983 by the local Methodist Church.

You can watch the ribbon cutting on a livestream on the Pine Island Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook page featuring a presentation from Mayor Friese.
