PEM Foundation Grants

The Plainview Elgin Millville Foundation has awarded two grants to benefit the community.

They include a grant to the City of Plainview to provide discounted pool passes for PEM students, offering more opportunities for the students to enjoy the summer sun and stay active at the pool.

The Plainview News reports a $2,500 grant to the Plainview Area Community and Youth Center will support the facility’s Summer Concert Series and food purchases.

The Plainview Elgin Millville Foundation, hosted fiscally by the Owatonna-based Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation, works to serve the people of Plainview and the surrounding areas by supporting programs and projects that improve the quality of life and builds a stronger community.
