In early December, the Greater Lake City Community Foundation announced that a matching grant opportunity had been received, seeking to establish a nursing scholarship by matching donations dollar for dollar up to a total of $7500.
In the short time since that announcement, the Foundation has received $7500 in donations. These donations will provide enough earnings from the endowment to award a Nursing Scholarship every year.Â
Greater Lake City Community Foundation thank everyone in the  community who has contributed to this worthwhile cause.
