Rachel Evangelisto, who made pageant history in June by becoming the first Native American to win Miss Minnesota, representing southeastern Minnesota as Miss Winona, says she chose to keep working being an advocate for Indigenous youth.
Rachel’s Social Impact Initiative is Celebrating Culture and Driving Diversity and she says has had some incredible opportunities this summer and fall.
Rachel leaves for the Miss America competition December 8th with the preliminary rounds December 12th and 13th, the Pageant is December 15th.
