Lake City Departments Phone Outage

City officials and the Lake City Police Department have announced a planned phone outage today.

Please be advised that on Monday, phone service at various City building locations will be temporarily unavailable beginning at 9 am due to a scheduled system update.

They anticipate this outage will be brief and plan to have service restored as soon as possible.

During this time, they encourage residents to visit them in person at City facilities, use available online services and reach out via email where applicable.

The appreciate your patience and understanding as they  complete these important updates to improve their systems.

This planned outage will NOT affect 911 service.
