Holtan Minnesota FFA Foundation Scholarship

Chelsey Holtan, a senior at Plainview-Elgin-Millville High School, is among 47 students selected to receive scholarships through the Minnesota FFA Foundation’s annual scholarship program.

Recipients are selected based on leadership, involvement, interest in agriculture, and financial need.

According to the Plainview News, Holtan has been highly involved in FFA, serving as a Junior Officer, Co-Vice President, and as the 2024-2025 Chapter President.

She has earned her Minnesota State FFA Degree - the highest degree awarded by the state - and has competed at the state level for several years in Horse Evaluation and Companion Animal Science.

Holtan plans to study Pre-Veterinary Science at Iowa State University this fall.

She will be recognized for her scholarship award at the 2025 Minnesota FFA State Convention.
