The 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for Goodhue County is now available.

The CHNA is a report that identifies the top health issues in our county and offers a starting point to identify health inequities.

Mental Health & Mental Disorders was the #1 health issue in Goodhue County according to Goodhue County Health & Human Services.

The #2 concern is Chronic Health Issues followed by Drugs and Alcohol.

Other issues in the top ten, economic stability, education and health care access and quality and Violence Prevention.

This report was developed in partnership with Mayo Clinic Health System, Three Rivers Community Action, Inc., and the United Way of Goodhue, Wabasha & Pierce Counties.
