The City of Red Wing services and buildings will be on a modified schedule this week due to the Independence Day holiday.
All City buildings will be closed on Thursday, July 4.
Refuse and recycling collection will be modified starting Thursday, and through the remainder of the week.
No collection on Thursday, and Friday, July 5th, Thursday's route will be picked up.
