City Council and Port Authority Joint Workshop

The Red Wing City Council and Port Authority Board will hold a joint workshop Tuesday, December 3, at 5 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.

The purpose of this thirty-minute workshop is to discuss a multiple parcel tax increment financing district in the downtown area.

A local developer is interested in bringing a multiple parcel TIF district to the Council for approval in January.

This workshop will provide the Council with a quick overview of what this district would look like, and how a multi-parcel district functions.
