Artful Summer Supper Red Wing Arts

Red Wing Arts invites everyone to experience the first Artful Summer Supper tomorrow, a free evening of food, art, music, and connection on 3rd Street between East Avenue and Bush Street in downtown Red Wing.

Saturday, from 4-9 pm, the street will be transformed into a welcoming gathering place where neighbors can create together, share a meal, dance, and celebrate the power of community.

Starting at 4 pm

• Giant strolling puppets • Interactive artmaking • Live music by Greg Taylor • Face painting • Mini canvas painting • Collaborative cardboard city • Street games • Community screen printing

Around 5 pm, gather around one long community table for a shared meal featuring soup, salad, and bread prepared by Liberty's Restaurant.

Dinner is offered on a pay-what-you-wish basis.

Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase one of the event's handcrafted ceramic bowls for $25.

7-9 pm  It’s a street dance with live music from FlipSide.

Advance registration is requested to help Red Wing Arts prepare enough meals for everyone, though walk-up guests are welcome.
