The summer fair season in SE Minnesota and Western Wisconsin is cranking up.

The Winona County Fair in St. Charles kicked off Wednesday and runs through Sunday, July 12. For the complete schedule, go to https://www.winonacountyfair.com/.

The Wabasha County Fair in Wabasha gets underway next week. It runs Wednesday, July 15th and runs through Saturday, July 18th.

Wednesday highlights include a Swine Show at 10 am and Livestock Demo at noon in the Swine Barn. There will be a poultry show on the opening day at 2 pm and rabbit show at 5 pm. The Grandstand show, IMP Auto Cross, starts at 7 pm.  

Each day will feature all day entertainment, magic shows, camel and pony rides, great food vendors, free inflatables, Fair games and more.

Olmsted County Fair in Rochester is Monday, July 27th – Sunday, August 2nd.

In western Wisconsin, the Buffalo/County Fair. In asscociation with Pepin County, in Mondovi, runs Thursday, July 30th to Sunday, August 2nd.

The Goodhue County Fair in Zumbrota kicks off Tuesday, August 11^th for 5 days through Saturday, August 15th. 

The Pierce County Fair in Ellsworth runs Thursday, August 7^th-Sunday, August 16^th and the Minnesota State Fair kicks off  Monday, August 27th to Labor Day, Monday, September 7th. 

Fairs are not the only fun events going on. In Plainview, Corn on the Cob Days this year will be held August 14-16.
