Red Wing Shoe Workforce Safety

Red Wing Shoe Company will be recognized by the National Maritime Safety Association (NMSA) for its more than 20-year relationship with the organization and its longstanding commitment to workplace safety and protecting workers through quality occupational footwear.

NMSA Executive Director Carl Bentzel will present Red Wing Shoe Company CEO Allison Gettings with the award this morning at the St. James Hotel.

Red Wing Mayor Gary Iocco will also be in attendance with a special announcement. 

The NMSA Technical Committee, made up of maritime safety professionals from across the country, will be in Red Wing for its quarterly meeting and will visit Red Wing Shoe Company as part of its two-day meeting activities.
