Zumbrota Public Pool Closing

Residents of Zumbrota will have one less place to cool off this summer. 

The city announced Friday that it was closing the municipal pool due to safety concerns. 

The social media post did not detail the concerns but said the closure was meant to ensure the well-being of the community. 

The city is hoping to build a new pool, with a levy for the project coming up for a vote in August.
