Ladies are invited to sign up for a Women's Wellness at YMCA Camp Pepin in Stockholm Friday, April 5 through Sunday the7th and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Camp Director, Erik Buton, says you can unplug from the chaos of everyday life, reconnect with nature in this retreat nestled along the shores of Lake Pepin.
Burton says the $375 fee for the weekend includes lodging, home-cooked meals, stargazing sessions while sharing stories and enjoying s’mores over a campfire, and much more.

Yoga led by YMCA yoga instructor Sheila Beckner.
Forest bathing exercise led by Richard Frost, professor of environmental studies at UW-La Crosse.
