Wabasha Public Works reminds all of downtown business owners and residents they are trying to avoid putting salt on the new concrete sidewalks in the downtown street project.
The City of Wabasha has deposited two sand piles located under the bridge between the city parking lot and Lawrence Boulevard West.
The pile on the left is plain sand, and the pile on the right is 10% salt mix with sand.
This is for public use on the concrete downtown on Pembroke Avenue and Main Street.
They ask you to please use sparingly.
