Wabasha Predatory Offender

The Wabasha 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 is providing a 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 concerning a convicted 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫

Level 3 predatory offender 33-year old Cody Dean Plank will be moving into the community.

Plank engaged in two incidents of sexual contact against a known female teen, using manipulation and coerecion in his effort to maintain control.

The Lake City Police Department was the investigating agency.

Plank will be living in the 400 block of East Main Street in Wabasha as of  Tuesday, September 1st.

Under Minnesota law 244.052 and 253D, law enforcement is required to share information about certain offenders based on their assigned risk level.
