Wabasha Dog Park Costume Party

Excitement is building for the 2nd Annual Wabasha Dog Park Costume “Paw-ty” taking place Saturday at 2 pm, registration starts at 1 pm.

The event takes place at the Wabasha Dog Park 12th Street East, Wabasha.

The Wabasha County Herald reports there will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for small dogs, large dogs, and human/ dog pairs categories.

Those three winners will then compete for bragging rights as this year’s “Top Dog.”

Bring your pooch and a lawn chair and enjoy a hotdog the Boy Scouts will be selling as a fundraiser.

In the event of rain, meet at Heritage Park under the bridge on Main Street West.
