The Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office reports they received a 911 medical call Tuesday around 5:37 pm in rural Kellogg.
The caller stated that a 14-year old victim was stuck in a sand hole covered in sand. Officers arrived and started life saving measures.
The teen is in serious condition at St. Mary’s in Rochester.
Kellogg First Responders, Wabasha Ambulance service, Kellogg Fire Department, Wabasha Police, and Mayo One assisted on the scene.
