Wabasha County Hwy Road Work

Road work on Wabasha County Hwy 5 between 355th Ave and Clubhouse Dr in Lake City this week will be increasing including the replacement of culverts and earthwork. 

Through traffic must use alternate routes.

The Wabasha County Herald reports local residents may still use County Hwy 5 to access their property served by County Hwy 5; however, access may be limited to/from one direction at times, and road users should expect loose gravel, uneven lanes, lane closures, and traffic delays.

Road users are encouraged to avoid use of County Hwy 5 and use alternative routes. The work on this section is expected to last through August.
