Wabasha Council Street and Utility Improvements

The Wabasha City Council will meet Tuesday, July 1st at 6:00 pm to consider the 2025 Street & Utility Improvements project.

A few of the improvements wanted would include:

Buena Vista Drive – Between Bruegger Valley road and its terminus,

4th Street West – Between Maiden Avenue and Shields Avenue,

4th Grant Boulevard – Between Market Street East and Pembroke Avenue,

11th Street East – Between Broadway Avenue and Pierce Avenue,

and Market Street East – Between Pierce Avenue and Main Street East. That work would include a full replacement and reconstruction of the bituminous pavement, curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and related improvements.

The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement includes the property adjacent to the streets listed online at https://www.wabasha.org/.

The estimated cost of the improvement is $2,032,920.

A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. Comments may also be submitted in writing ahead of the meeting.
