Three Rivers Wabasha Childcare

Three Rivers Community Action, in partnership with the Wabasha Port Authority, is offering start-up support to a committed and passionate individual interested in operating a childcare business in a dedicated space in Wabasha.

This is a unique opportunity to serve local families while receiving significant start‑up support.  

The Wabasha Port Authority has identified supporting child care as a key strategy for economic development in Wabasha.

As part of this program, Three Rivers is offering two years of free rent, located in the Wabasha Mittel Schule building, a fully equipped classroom, and outdoor play space, as well as business and licensing support. 

In exchange, they are hoping to find someone who is committed to high-quality child care, to offering infant care,  offering scheduling solutions that meet the needs of Wabasha families, and interested in obtaining family child care licensure through Wabasha County.
