SMIF Lake City Listening Session

The community is invited to join Southern Minnesota Iniative Foundation next week for a Listening Session where people can explore what it means to be neighbors in Minnesota.

The idea is simple: many Minnesotans are tired of division and want healthier ways to listen, connect and work together across differences. They want to be neighbors who pull together locally and beyond. Your voice in the room really matters.

The free event is Tuesday, August 18^th from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Jewel Golf Club, 1900 Clubhouse Drive, Lake City.

Buffet Dinner: 5:30–6:30 PM (Dinner included; there is no charge for the event)

Listening Session: 6:30–8:30 PM.

SMIF invites you to share a meal, talk honestly about what matters to you, listen to others and explore what action looks like together. 

Your voice will help shape Minnesota: Land of Neighbors, a new statewide campaign to better understand what Minnesotans value and how we can foster stronger communities across our state.
