The Red Wing Police Department is informing the community a convicted sex offender is moving into the community.
44-year old Steven Michael Kinford is being released on Friday and will be moving to the vicinity of Bush Street and 22nd Street.
Kinford was convicted of sexual contact with known female children and teenagers.
