Community members are invited to attend the Red Wing Public School district's second and final open house next week to learn more about the upcoming referendum, ask questions, and hear directly from district representatives.

The Open House is Tuesday, October 6th, from 6:30-7:30 pm, at Sunnyside Elementary School, 1669 Southwood Avenue.

The evening will begin with a presentation, followed by questions.

On Tuesday, November 3, voters will be asked to consider one ballot question with two funding tools:

  • a $12.86 million building bond for improvements at Sunnyside Elementary and

  • a 10-year capital projects levy to support ongoing investments in technology, curriculum, facilities, and other capital needs.

Please note that a quorum of School Board members may be present.
