Red Wing Police Golf Tournament

After a few years off, the Red Wing Police Department Golf Tournament  fundraiser is back on.

It takes place Saturday, June 21st at the Red Wing Golf Course.

Assistant Police Chief, Brian Metling, says there is still time for people to sign up for the Best Ball tournament. $85 per person includes 18 holes of golf, raffle tickets and a burger bar. They still need three teams of four. 

Metling Thanks to the the Red Wing Police Benevolent Association and  Fraternal Order of Police, they will be raffling off a smoker just in time for summer. 

Funds raised go towards events like Shop with Cop Program, Skate with a Cop, Bike Rodeo as well as education scholarships to students majoring in Criminal Justice or Police Science Programs.
