The Red Wing Public Works Department will begin its annual process of flushing all hydrants and mains in the city of Red Wing on Monday, May 2, at 6 am.
The Water Treatment Facilities have improved the water quality in Red Wing, and as a results, crews have begun reducing the hydrant flushing to once a year.
