The second community in southeast Minnesota has voted to fly the old Minnesota flag in place of the one voted on and passed by the Minnesota legislature and Governor in 2024.
The Plainview City Council voted at its meeting Tuesday to fly the previous version of the flag on city property.
Many Native Americans said the old flag was racist and offensive.
Zumbrota voted earlier this year to dump the new flag, which many people complained about as being non-sensical.
