Plainview Annexation Mayor

Plainview Mayor, Keith Holm, says the process of annexing 37.6 acres of land in Plainview Township into the City of Plainview, is progressing.

The annexation includes land along County Road 4 in Plainview Township, just south of Plainview’s sewer plant.

BA Holdings, a real estate holding company, purchased the land and plans on creating a commercial / industrial subdivision that could be serviced by city utilities.

Holm says they hope to start building in a little over a month. The steps after that would include getting platted out and selling lots.
