PEM German Booster Club Shoes
The PEM German Booster Club is collecting any size shoes -boots - sandals - crocs - cleats and any other foot wear (not rollerblades or skates). Gently used or new shoes are accepted.
Have you tried on your winter boots from last year, if you find that they are too small they will take them.
Drop them at any of their Plainview or Elgin dropoff locations or they will be in Rochester collecting shoes at all 4 Hy - Vee locations October 10th from 1pm - 3pm.
In Plainview, drop off at Bennett’s & KBS, PEM Elementary School and PEM High School.
In Elgin, you can donate at Elgin Family Dentistry, Fire Hall, Intermediate School and the Middle School.
You also can email them at PEMGERMAN@GMAIL.COM or contact your favorite German Club student.
You can contribute until Thursday, October 15th.
This is such a thoughtful community effort! I always find a few pairs of shoes tucked away in the closet when switching from summer sandals to winter boots. Some are barely worn, so donating them feels much better than letting them collect dust. I was browsing online the other day and came across Afterpay phone number while looking at different services. I’ll definitely check the kids’ outgrown shoes and see what we can contribute.
