Work continues on the second phase of the Old West Main Street project in Red Wing.
Staff recently met with City Engineering and the consulting engineer to review the proposed parking design for the alley way in the rear of the former Bauer Built building.
The initial design will add 19 parking stalls with direct access from the public alley.
The engineer has agreed to delay reconstruction of the alley until the Port decides on a future use for the building to allow the final design to address the future redevelopment plans for the site.
