New Apartments Wabasha

The apartments at the Old Grandpa's Barn site in Wabasha will begin construction in December.

According to the Wabasha County Herald, the building will have 50 apartments, consisting of 11 studios, 17 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, and seven three-bedroom units.

The Keller-Baartman project includes 38 underground  stalls, 5 on-site spaces along the alleyway, 13 street parking spots on 2nd Street, and 5 street parking spots on Alleghany Avenue, totaling 61 spaces.

Anticipated rents range from $925 to $1,600 per month, depending on unit size and number of bedrooms.
