MSC SE Investigation Training

Minnesota State College Southeast in Red Wing, 308 Pioneer Road, invites the community to join them for a hands‑on, practical training designed to help HR and operational leaders conduct investigations that are fair, structured, and legally defensible.

The event is Wednesday, April 22^nd from 8 am- noon in Room 101. Cost is $125.

Conduct neutral, effective interviews

Evaluate credibility using objective criteria

Identify root causes beyond surface errors

Apply the preponderance of evidence standard

Document findings clearly & defensibly

Prevent and monitor retaliation

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately—including interview frameworks, credibility rubrics, root cause techniques, and documentation checklists.
