Mayo Clinic Health System is rolling out “Fall Into Wellness,” a monthlong virtual program starting October 1st designed to help participants jump-start building new healthy habits.
Through the program, participants will earn points if they get enough sleep and exercise, drink enough water and complete a daily activity.
Fall Into Wellness has two tracks: community and corporate. This program is geared toward people 16 and older.
