The public will have an opportunity to informally chat with candidates for the special election to fill the vacant Ward 2 seat and the candidates for the primary election, which will narrow the race for the At Large and Ward 4 seats down to two candidates in each race.
Candidates will provide statements at 5:30 p.m.
The League of Women Voters of Red Wing is also scheduled to hold a Red Wing Council Candidate Forum on Thursday, September 22, prior to the general election, which includes four City Council seats.
