Lake City Police is notifying residents that a risk level three convicted sex offender is transitioning into the community.
36-year old Theodore Leisen is moving to the 500 block of West Marion Street as of January 1st.
Leisen was convicted for separate, repeat incidences of sexual contact against three different teen-aged female victims whom he knew.
