Heather Thomas, Executive Director of the Lake City Chamber of Commerce is excited about a new event, “Wake Up With Heather” on Wednesdays.
Thomas says it’s a relaxed atmosphere at the Library Wednesdays at 8 am and it’s an opportunity to talk and ask questions about all things Lake City and they even provide some morning snacks.
Thomas was hired in July as Executive Director but she began working at the chamber in January 2023 as the organization’s Event and Office Coordinator, helping successfully update membership benefits and host the 2024 Governor’s Fishing Opener.
