The Red Wing City Council gave its approval of Kay Kuhlman’s job performance during Monday evenings meeting.
The City Council and Mayor met in closed session to discuss the City Council Administrators performance evaluation on August 23rd, and Council member Evan Brown, who is Chair of the Personnel Committee, said Kulhman gets high marks for leading the city through a very tough year.
Brown says Kuhlman will be getting a one-time lump sum of 5% bonus of $7709.52 and one week of vacation.
The performance review also pointed out that Kuhlman received, on average, above expectations ratings in all aspects of her performance evaluation by the City Council/ Mayor and also her staff who directly report to her.
