Kenyon Man Child Sexual Abuse

A 32-year old Goodhue County man on Monday was given a 24-month prison sentence in a child sexual abuse material case, but the judge stayed the sentence as long as he follows the rules of his five-year probation.

According to KTTC, Joshua Lyon of Kenyon, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and 40 days on electronic home monitoring.

According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, more than 1,500 files of child sexual abuse material were found on Lyon’s devices stemming from a 2022 investigation.
