Former Pine Island Man Child Abuse

A 21-year old former Pine Island man has been sentenced to 48 months in prison, but according to KTTC, he won’t be going straight there.
Landon Rudolph pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of using minors in a sexual performance and child sexual abuse material.
The prison time is stayed, meaning Rudolph will serve 365 days in the Goodhue County jail and then be on probation for 10 years.
If Rudolph breaks any of the rules of his probation, including staying off social media or avoiding unsupervised contact with girls under 18, he could be sent to prison to finish his sentence.
The Zumbrota Police Department last May issued a nationwide warrant for Rudolph following a months-long investigation into child sex abuse material.
Officials with the U.S. Army were able to take Rudolph into custody in North Carolina and he was extradited to Minnesota.
