Jay McCleary Sustainability Award

The City of Red Wing is now accepting nominations for the  annual Jay McCleary Sustainability Award. 

Nominations for the 2026 award can be submitted online now through Tuesday, June 30^th.

The Red Wing Sustainability Commission came up with the award to recognize those who have worked to advance sustainability and promote environmental awareness in the Red Wing area.

The award is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations. Residents may nominate their own projects or be nominated by another party. Nominees must be within School District 256.

The Red Wing Sustainability Commission, aided by a selection committee, will choose the award recipient(s).
