Island Impact Ellsworth Tennis

Island Impact, the Prairie Island Indian Community and Treasure Island Resort & Casino’s joint charitable arm, wanted to make sure Ellsworth High School in Ellsworth could keep up with the rapid growth to its boys tennis program. 

In 2023, Ellsworth fielded a boys tennis team of just four.

Now the school is expecting 25-plus participants this spring, a surge that required additional uniforms.

Island Impact wanted to make sure the team was ready to go for the season this spring, so they provided the school with a $2,500 check on March 9th to cover the cost of the uniforms.

Boys tennis practice kicked off Monday.
