Honoring Dakota Project Mural

In the coming weeks, the Honoring Dakota Mural will be painted on the City of Red Wing building located at West 3rd and Bluff Streets, directly off the Eisenhower Bridge of Valor.

This week, the mural artists, Jeremy and Collins Fields, are starting to transform the side of the City building into a beautiful mural honoring the Dakota people and culture.

The community is encouraged to take time to stop by over the next three weeks to see the progress.

Learn more about the mural on the Honoring Dakota Project website, https://www.honoringdakota.org/and save the date for a ceremony on Indigenous People's Day on Monday, October 9.
